Using this website
The content of febtech.in is provided for information. Prices shown are indicative starting points, not offers; the price for your project is the one in your written quote. We may change the content of this site at any time.
Quotes and scope
Every project begins with a written scope covering deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts. A project is scheduled once the agreed advance is received.
Payment
Unless your quote says otherwise, projects are billed in stages, with an advance to begin and the balance due on delivery. Invoices are payable within 15 days.
Client responsibilities
Timelines assume you supply content, brand assets, approvals and any third-party access we need within the agreed windows. Delays in these move the delivery date by the same amount.
Ownership
On full payment, ownership of the delivered design and custom code passes to you. Third-party components stay under their own licences, and we retain the right to describe and display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Support and warranty
Each package includes a support period stated in your quote. During it we fix defects in our work at no cost. It does not cover new features, third-party service outages, or changes made by others to the delivered code.
Liability
Our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction.
