Support & Maintenance Policy
What is covered after launch, what is not, how to raise an issue and when to expect a reply.

The free support period
Each project includes a support period, stated in your quote, that starts on the live launch date. During it we fix defects in our work at no charge. A defect means something we built does not work as described in the agreed scope.
What support covers
- Bugs and errors in features we built.
- Layout problems in the browsers and screen sizes listed in the scope.
- Help with using the admin panel or content editor we set up.
- Fixes needed because our code does not work on the hosting we configured.
What support does not cover
- New features, new pages, redesigns or content changes. These are quoted separately.
- Problems caused by changes made by someone other than FebTech, including edits to code, plugins or server settings.
- Outages or changes at third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp, Google or domain registrars.
- Hacking, malware or data loss caused by weak passwords, shared logins or outdated software that we did not manage.
- Content errors, such as wrong prices or spelling, in material you supplied.
- Search ranking or traffic results, unless an SEO service is part of your agreement.
How to raise an issue
Email info@febtech.in with the page address, what you expected, what happened and a screenshot if you can. WhatsApp or phone is fine for urgent issues, but please follow up by email so we have a record.
When we respond
- Site down or checkout broken: we aim to respond the same working day.
- Other defects: we aim to respond within 2 working days and tell you when the fix will be ready.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays. These are response targets and not a guaranteed repair time, because some fixes depend on third parties.
After the free period: maintenance plans
When the support period ends you can continue on a maintenance plan or pay per request. Plans are quoted separately and billed in advance under the payment policy. Without a plan, fixes and updates are quoted when you ask.
Backups and security
For sites we host, we take regular backups, but you should keep your own copy of important content. Keep admin passwords private, use a unique password and tell us if someone who had access leaves your team.
Support is subject to payment
Support and maintenance are provided while all invoices are paid. We may pause support while an invoice is overdue.
