Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every client and to anyone using a website, application, server or service that FebTech builds, hosts or manages. Using our services means you accept it.

• Publish or send anything illegal under Indian law, including content that is defamatory, obscene, that promotes violence or discrimination, or that sexually exploits children.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, including by using images, fonts, software or text you have no licence for.
• Run scams, phishing, fake stores or misleading offers, or sell goods and services that are illegal or restricted without the right licence.
• Send spam, or bulk messages (including WhatsApp, SMS and email) to people who have not agreed to receive them.
• Distribute malware, attack other systems, scrape or overload services, or attempt to bypass security.
• Collect personal data unlawfully or without a proper privacy notice.
• Let third parties use our hosting or credentials, or resell them, without our written approval.

You are responsible for the content on your site, for what your staff and users do on it and for keeping your logins secure. We do not review every page, but we act on complaints and legal notices.

If we find or receive a credible report that this policy is broken, we may take down the content, suspend the service or both. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a short time to fix it. For serious or urgent harm, such as malware or illegal content, we may act at once and tell you straight after. We may pass information to authorities where the law requires it. No refund is due for services suspended for breach.

Services we connect to your project, such as payment gateways, WhatsApp Business, Google, Meta and domain registrars, have their own rules. Breaking those rules can get your account blocked by them, and we are not responsible for that.
