Rajat started FebTech with a simple idea: most small and mid-sized businesses in India do not need a bigger agency, they need someone who will actually ship. That has stayed the operating principle — a small, accountable team, clear pricing, and work that goes live instead of staying in a deck.
Today he leads the team behind FebTech's websites, e-commerce builds, AI systems and SEO work, and is building EDU ERP, a school and college management platform for the education sector.
He also runs FebTech's internship programme, where students work on real client projects rather than practice tasks, and speaks at colleges and universities about careers in technology.
