What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. The project enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and your message. The careers and internship forms additionally collect the role or track you are applying for, your college or experience, availability and any portfolio link you provide.
Our forms also record a spam-prevention timestamp and your IP address for rate limiting. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, to assess a job or internship application, and to keep a record of work we have been asked to do. That is the whole list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you started earlier. Job and internship applications are retained for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who else sees it
Our web host stores the site and its submission log, and our email provider carries the notification message. Where you have chosen to contact us over WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own terms. Nobody else receives your details.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. Where analytics are enabled they are used to count visits and understand which pages are read; they are not used to build a profile of you across other websites.
Your choices
Email info@febtech.in and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will action it within 30 days.
