Delivery, Acceptance & Ownership Policy

We show work in stages on a private review link or staging site. You review it and send consolidated feedback. The number of revision rounds is stated in your quote; extra rounds are quoted separately. The live launch happens after you approve the work and the final payment has cleared.

Work is accepted when you approve it in writing, or when you use it live, or if you do not send feedback within 7 working days of a delivery request. After acceptance we fix defects under the support policy but do not reopen the design or scope without a new quote.

Staging links, drafts, mock-ups and demos are shown for review only. They are not licensed for public or commercial use until the project is paid in full. We may take review links offline if payment is overdue.

When every invoice for a project is paid in full, ownership of the design and the custom code written for you passes to you. Until then, all rights stay with FebTech and you may not publish, copy, resell or transfer the work. This applies even where the work is already on a server you can reach.

• The finished website or application, installed on your hosting or ours.
• Source code and the database for custom platforms, on request after full payment.
• Admin logins, with instructions to change the passwords.
• Domain and hosting account details when they are in our name, transferred to you after full payment.

Please keep your own backup. We are not responsible for content you delete after handover.

Open-source libraries, themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and APIs remain under their own licences. We tell you which paid licences your project needs. Where a licence is bought in your name, it is yours. Where it is bought in ours for your project, we transfer it to you where the licence allows. Code and tools we built before your project, and general know-how, stay with FebTech, and you get a perpetual licence to use them inside the delivered work.

You keep ownership of your logos, text, photos, product data and other material. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you give us and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for claims that arise from your content.

We may describe and show the finished work in our portfolio, case studies and marketing, with the client's name, unless you ask us in writing not to. We never publish passwords, customer data or confidential material.

Timelines assume you supply content, brand assets, approvals and third-party access on time. Delays on your side move the delivery date by the same amount. If a project is paused by you for more than 30 days, we may re-schedule it for the next available slot and restart fees may apply.
